Arizona Concealment Essentials

This Course is a minimum standard for equipping students in becoming a competent armed citizen in today's society with ever evolving threats and qualify you for your Arizona CCW Permit.

The Functional (basic) handgun course is blended with the Concealed Carry Essential curriculum to give our students a real world view of what to expect.

Bang, Bang Your Dead doesn't exist, for you or your threat! This course is designed for all levels of shooters, and is designed to build confidence in you, your abilities, and how to operate effectively within the law.

 After completion of this course you will have the relevant knowledge, skills and attitude to move forward with your shooting development and for concealing your handgun confidently.

• Firearm Safety, Storage, and Maintenance
• Defensive Handgun Fundamentals
• Concealed Carry Safe Practices
• Ambidextrous shooting 
• Why Bullets have the Right of Way!
• Threat Awareness, Assessment & Avoidance
• Defensive Mindset 
• Physiological & Psychological Aspects of Conflict
• Federal, AZ State, and Local carry laws
• Defensive drills and qualifications (optional)

Required gear:

• Serviceable Handgun (semi-auto or revolver)
• 2-3 Magazines (speed loaders are helpful)
• 150-200 rounds of ammo 
• Eye & Ear Protection
• Weather appropriate clothing, Brimmed Hat
• A strong side hip holster and belt or appendix carry rig
• Magazine Pouch
• Hydration & Snacks
